Mr. Adrian Schmotolocha
PRINCIPAL

Integrating Solutions’ Managing Partner, Adrian Schmotolocha, specializes in taking companies to the next level. His aggressive, forward-thinking approach together with more than 20 years experience in sales, operations, and finance has led to record-time turnarounds for lagging companies, notable revenue growth, and sustainable improvement in operations. Adrian is also respected for his success in creating significant improvement to collections, CRM, and receivables management, as well as improving performance in under-performing divisions.

As Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer for a building maintenance corporation in Los Angeles, CA., Adrian guided the company through a 2-year turnaround that included reorganization of the sales division, accounting division, introduction of new business processes, and restructuring of debt. Under his leadership, the firm acquired three new operating companies and merged with a fourth company as the dominant acquiring party.

Adrian has also held the positions of Director, New Market Development and Director, Customer Operations at a large Western US CLEC Telecomms network,  Regional Director, European Operations for an international media conglomerate, and Manager, Business Development at a multinational telecommunications and media company where he did his first international joint-venture deal in the television industry.

Mr. Schmotolocha had the unique opportunity to operate in the international developing markets arena throughout the 90’s. Developing sales and distribution networks, negotiating market access and focusing on acquisitions in regions such as Russia and Central Europe for large-cap companies in the media and technology sectors, provided invaluable international experience.

Excited by the prospect of engineering corporate challenges into profitable opportunities, Adrian started a profit-engineering firm and merged his Simma International with primary partner Ute Fleishman’s Integrating Solutions.  Their focus is on enabling the CEO’s strategic vision into tactical, implementable and measurable solutions.  At shareholder behest, Integrating Solutions will analyze current conditions and assist the CEO and their executive team to map out a series of implementable recommendations.  The goal is to drive corporate value and re-engineer profits through a combination of innovative solutions and best practices.

Mr. Schmotolocha was featured in a white paper published by Ajilon Finance entitled “The Road to CFO” outlining his successful, innovative approach to managing company growth.  Fluent in Spanish and Russian, Adrian enjoys spending his time with his family in Southern California pursuing his interests in adventure sports.

 

Ms. Ute Fleishman, ChFC^®
PRINCIPAL

Ms. Fleishman is the founder and President of Integrating Solutions, LLC.  She is an accomplished Executive with over 20 years of domestic and international experience in a wide variety of operations, including Sales  and Finance.  Her greatest strengths are guiding organizations to improve their profitability and generating efficiencies through the analysis of existing business problems. Primary areas of focus are Program Design, Strategic Support and Profitability Enhancement.

During her tenure as Vice President for a privately-held global corporation, Ms. Fleishman made significant impacts on the success of its domestic and international business channels.  From their Sun Valley Headquarters the corporation oversees it’s billion-dollars in annual revenue managing  operating assets in Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, England) China, India, Korea and Africa.  As VP, Ms Fleishman supported and guided the CEO in Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Management, Litigation, and HR.  With 22 different companies operating in a dozen specialized divisions the widely diversified organization owns and operates chemical manufacturing plants, pharmaceutical companies, electronics manufacturers, plastic’s and plastic molding equipment and machinery manufacturing worldwide. Her professional impact culminated in an audit and re-organization of a $100M+ German chemical manufacturing company.
 

Previously, Ms. Fleishman was part of a team that focused on building a financial services division within an established CPA Firm.  Ms. Fleishman became during that time Series 7 and Series 66 Securities licensed.  She then acquired her Life Insurance License and successfully completed the Chartered Financial Consultant designation program.

Ms. Fleishman left her executive position to start the consulting business Integrating Solutions.   Her primary desire is to make a positive impact on the business community utilizing the wide-range of her talents and experience.

Recognizing the apparent advantages of combining both their similar backgrounds and diverse experiences   Adrian Schmotolocha (of Simma International) and Ms. Fleishman recently merged their companies. Ms. Fleishman was born and raised in Germany and speaks fluent English and German. She lives in the United States since 1990 and has a deep love for Southern California.
